Welcome to Reflect Therapy Exeter

Counselling/psychotherapy, supervision and reflective practice, offered in Exeter and online.

Have you lost touch with who you are?

Or perhaps you are overwhelmed with anxiety or low mood? If your normal ways of coping no longer working or maybe the issues feel too big to manage on your own then counselling could be a good next step for you.

Here at Reflect, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for us to work together to make sense of what has changed, what has been lost, and what is still possible.

My practice is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. I recognise that people experience and navigate the world in different ways, and I aim to provide a respectful, supportive and collaborative space that values individual experiences and needs.
