Psychotherapy

I know what it’s like to lose yourself in life’s challenges. Work, relationships, kids, the demands of life, can all leave you feeling lost and unsure of who you are anymore. Sometimes that can happen after a difficult event like redundancy, ill health, bereavement, relationship problems or a period of depression, and it’s a lonely place to be. When this happens not only do we struggle with that loss of self, but it’s harder to be a partner, employee, parent or friend and we can end up burnt out trying to keep things together.

These experiences can be deeply unsettling and often affect many areas of life, contributing to low mood, anxiety, overwhelm, or a sense of being stuck. I am interested in those moments where people feel they have lost touch with themselves, and in working together to slowly make sense of what has changed, what has been lost, and what is still possible. Our work provides a space to reflect, reconnect with a sense of identity, and find a way forward that feels more grounded and coherent.
