Supervision

Alongside my clinical work, I offer supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists at different stages of their practice, including those in training.

I value the opportunity to work collaboratively with other practitioners and see supervision as a space not only to reflect on client work, but also to reflect together, develop confidence, and deepen your sense of yourself as a therapist.

While the work can at times feel complex and demanding, supervision can also be a supportive and enriching process, offering space to explore challenges, recognise strengths, and sustain yourself in the work.

My core training is in Integrative Humanistic approaches, and I practise in a trauma-informed, dynamic, and adaptable way. Alongside my work in the NHS, I have integrated Cognitive Behavioural and Solution-Focused approaches and bring an understanding of both therapeutic practice and the organisational contexts in which it takes place.

My approach to supervision is grounded in the seven-eyed model, allowing us to explore the different dimensions of your work, including the client, the therapeutic relationship, your internal responses, and the wider systems around you. I draw on experience across the NHS, charity sector, and private practice, including managing counselling services and supporting teams, which informs a reflective and grounded approach.

Supervision can be a place not only to reflect on client work, but also to think more broadly about your professional identity, how you understand yourself as a therapist, how you position your work, and how you continue to grow over time.

I offer clinical supervision on a monthly or fortnightly basis, or at an agreed frequency to suit your needs. Sessions are available either face-to-face or online.
